Update for Families 10/27

WE ARE UPDATING STUDENT RECORDS:

For the past few weeks, we have been updating incorrect contacts or invalid telephone numbers. We realize that families have moved, phone numbers have gone out of service or have changed.

If you recently moved, you must submit a BLUE Contact form. That form should be returned to M. Cunningham at MCunnin2@schools.nyc.gov

Our teachers are using KINVO to reach out to families directly. You may receive a text message from us– please respond to that text message.

If you did not receive a text message then take Note: KINVO does NOT work on landlines numbers, voice messages or work number that require dial an extension; or, we have a wrong number — so, please let us know if there is a different number you would like us to use for this school year.

Health/Medical Forms are due!

All forms can be found through this link:

MYSCHOOLS.NET

If you are still in need of MySchools.net access so you can see your students middle school & high school transcript, or you need to submit the Random Testing notice for Blended Learning then visit MySchools.net account.

Don’t have and need? Please email Ms. Johnson-Parent Coordinator.  Include the student last name, first name and OSIS number for quick turnaround response.
