Nominate yourself today for a position on the 2020-2021 Parent Teacher Association (PTA) Executive Board or School Leadership Team (SLT). We especially need nominations for the mandatory Recording Secretary position who is responsible for recording minutes at PTA meetings.
Save the date and mark your calendars to attend the next PTA meeting on Thursday, October 8 at 6:30 pm. We will be holding elections at this meeting and only parents or guardians of currently enrolled students are eligible to vote for the new PTA Executive board and SLT.
The PTA often has guest speakers or workshops at PTA meetings, to help parents gain insight and information on a range of issues, such as the college process, mental health, communication skills, and more.
Note important update from the NYC DOE: in-person learning is delayed and now expected to begin on Thursday, October 1st. All students will continue with remote learning through the end of September.
